• Blue Cardigan, jumper or our academy's and Fleece.
• Dark grey or black trousers.
• Knee-length black/grey skirts or pinafore dresses. Gingham in summer.
• White shirts, blouses or polo shirts.
• Flat, black, plain shoes (No Trainers and no logos).

- Strapless sandals, footwear without backs and heels must not be worn at any time. Practical footwear must be worn for playtime allowing children to run and play.

• Ankle boots can be worn in the academy (boots above this height should not be worn)
• Socks: ankle or knee-length – white, grey or black ONLY.

Tights: Black or Grey ONLY.

• No jewellery other than small stud earrings and a wristwatch.
• No elaborate hair accessories.
• Long hair (past shoulder-length) to be tied back

**No extreme hair fashions including died hair. No images/lines cut in**

• No tattoos or nail varnish

Wellington boots- Can be worn to the academy in bad weather conditions, then changed to practical footwear inside.

P.E kit –

• Navy blue/black shorts,
• Grey/Navy/black tracksuit bottoms for outdoor use.
• White cotton round neck t-shirt
• Trainers/Plimsolls
• No earrings/jewellery to be worn.

                      Earrings and Jewellery must be removed to take part in PE.

If you are considering having your child's ears pierced, could we recommend that you have them done at the beginning of the 6 weeks holidays. This will give them the 6 weeks healing time required to allow them to be taken out for PE.

Children who frequently forget their PE kit or who are not wearing the correct academy uniform will be less likely to be chosen to represent our academy at activities arranged out of the academy.

If there is a reason your child is not wearing the correct school uniform or PE kit, please email your child's class teacher to let them know why.  Thank you.

 

Pre-owned Academy Uniform

We have a selection of pre-owned uniform in used, good quality condition available for pupils at Castle Hills Primary Academy. This includes jumpers/cardigans, PE kit, skirts and trousers. We would like to decrease the amount of school uniform wasted each year while simultaneously providing an option to parents. 

Parents/Carers can enquire at reception if they would like to see what is available. We would also welcome donations of uniform which is in good clean condition. Please drop this off at reception.
