Welcome back to the summer term in 1/2A, where we have lots in store for you to enjoy. Let’s dive into the world of giant country whilst we explore the BFG and how an innocent, little girl befriends a kind, caring giant. Make your own dazzling dream jars and share them with your friends. We will spice up our writing with all our grammar knowledge, as we are getting great with grammar now!

What time is it Mr. Wolf? That’s right…we are going to become masters at telling the time. Get clock watching, so you can keep staff in 1/2A in check. We will also look at positional language and statistics. GO RIGHT…GO LEFT…GO FORWARDS…GO BACKWARDS.

Perfect planters is what we shall become in our science lessons, as we delve into the anatomy of a plant, what plants need and keeping a diary of the seeds we plant. We don’t mind getting our hands dirty!

Things to remember:

PE day is Wednesday– children to arrive and stay in their kits.

 Homework is set on Friday and due on the following Thursday.

Complete 20 minutes per week on Times Tables Rock Star

       Times table and spelling tests will be on a Thursday and results will be sent home.

   Please remember to be part of our ‘In it to Win it’. You must read five times a week, complete your homework on time, have 20 minutes' TTRS, arrive in the correct P.E kit weekly and have an attendance of 96% or above.
